By visiting our site and/ or purchasing something from us, you engage in our “Service” and agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions (“Terms of Service”, “Terms”), including those additional terms and conditions and policies referenced herein and/or available by hyperlink. These Terms of Service apply to all users of the site, including without limitation users who are browsers, vendors, customers, merchants, and/ or contributors of content.

If you do not agree to all the terms and conditions of this agreement, then you may not access the website or use any Services. If these Terms of Service are considered an offer, acceptance is expressly limited to these Terms of Service.

We reserve the right to update, change or replace any part of these Terms of Service by posting updates and/or changes to our website. It is your responsibility to check this page periodically for changes. Your continued use of or access to the website following the posting of any changes constitutes acceptance of those changes.

Our store is hosted on Shopify Inc. They provide us with an online e-commerce platform that allows us to sell our products and Services to you.

1. Product Description
We offer fresh microgreens for private customers, restaurants, and stores. All products are described as accurately as possible. Due to their natural nature, variation in size, shape or colour may occur.

2. Subscription Model
Customers may subscribe to receive weekly or bi-weekly deliveries. By subscribing, you authorise us to charge your payment method at the agreed frequency until cancelled. Subscriptions may be cancelled or paused at any time via your customer account.
- Cancellations must be made at least 48 h before the next billing/delivery date.

3. Prices and Payment
All prices are in GBP and include applicable taxes. Payment is due at checkout or on each subscription renewal. 

We accept the following payment methods:
- Credit and Debit Cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express)
- Shopify Payments (processed securely via Stripe)
- Apple Pay / Google Pay (depending on device)
- PayPal (you can also pay using your PayPal balance or linked card)
- Bank Transfer (for B2B customers – available upon request)

All payments are processed securely using encrypted connections.

For subscription plans, your chosen payment method will be charged automatically on the recurring schedule (weekly / bi-weekly), unless cancelled or paused by you in advance.

We do not store full card details on our servers – payment data is managed securely by our third-party payment processor.

4. Delivery Policy
Deliveries are made on Thursdays to ensure freshness. Deliveries are made via Courier/Local Delivery Service. Orders not deliverable due to customer absence will not be refunded.

5. Perishable Goods & Returns
Due to the perishable nature of our products, returns are not accepted under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013. Exceptions apply only if goods arrive damaged or spoiled.

Refund Terms:
- You must notify us within 4 hours of delivery.
- Email us at [email] with your order number and clear photos of the issue.
- Refunds (if approved) will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 working days.

6. B2B Orders
Business clients (restaurants, retailers) may request wholesale pricing. Orders placed on behalf of a company are subject to net payment terms if agreed. A default may result in account suspension.

7. Allergens & Food Safety
Our microgreens are grown using safe, clean methods. We operate a facility dedicated exclusively to growing and packing microgreens, without handling any other food products. However, some of the seeds (e.g., brassicas, legumes and mustards) used for microgreens may contain allergens. Cross-contamination may occur at source. If you have any allergies or sensitivities to specific seeds or plant species, please consider this before making your purchase. 

8. Limitation of Liability
We are not responsible for delays or failures caused by events beyond our control (e.g., courier delays, weather). Our liability for loss is limited to the value of the product.

9. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales.
