Our Returns Policies
Due to the highly perishable nature of our microgreens, we do not accept returns or offer refunds once products have been delivered in good condition.
However, if your order:
- Arrived damaged
- Arrived spoiled
- Was not delivered
You are eligible for a refund or replacement.
Refund Terms:
- You must notify us within 4 hours of delivery.
- Email us at [email] with your order number and clear photos of the issue.
- Refunds (if approved) will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 working days.
Subscriptions:
- You can cancel or pause your subscription at any time at least 48 hours before the next delivery.
